Tout au long de la création des photographies de la série Décalage Immédiat, deux composantes «fonctionnelle» et «symbolique» ont été exacerbées.
Changez le quotidien bien réel de ces objets par un autre irréel, mais crédible et vous entrerez dans l’univers poétique de ces images. Partir d’ustensiles bien réels et leur imaginer d’autres possibles, sortir de notre monde convenu, confortable, prévisible et attendu, en surmontant l’improbable, en regardant au-delà de l’horizon, jusque de l’autre côté du miroir.
Throughout the creation of the photographs for this Parallel Universes series, the focus has been on two components: the ‘functional’ and the ‘symbolic’.
Change the real life of these objects into another unreal but credible role and you will enter the poetic universe of these pictures. Start from real utensils and imagine other possibilities; come out of our agreed, comfortable, predictable and known world, overcome the impossible, look through to the other side of the mirror, beyond the horizon.
